Killing of Harry Ross in Tennessee in 1933
Incident
Harry Ross was killed in 1933 by E. L. Crook, R. C. Crook and W. R. Blakney in Memphis, Tennessee. The men kidnapped Ross, claiming that he entered their home and attempted to attack a girl in their family. R. C. Crook shot Ross. The men were charged with murder.
