Dennis Hubert (1911 – 1930), a Morehouse college student, was killed by T. T. Martin, J. Glover Garvin, Tom Berryman, Aubrey Sikes, Murry W. Harmon and Roy H. Evans in Fulton County, Georgia. The white men admitted they shot Hubert because Hubert allegedly insulted Garvin’s wife. Trial jury convicted.
