Killing of Frank Johnson in Louisiana
Incident
Frank Johnson, age 17, a peddler, died in 1944, from complications following a gunshot wound to his left abdomen in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was allegedly shot by George Zimmerman sometime on or before July 8, 1944, while selling produce from a wagon with James Collins. Leon Bernard was also a witness.
