Incident
Otis Parham, 16, was killed in 1934 by a group of white men in Montgomery, Alabama. The mob was formed to search for the killer of a man named Carl Johnson. When they were searching for the alleged killer, they seized Parham, who was not involved in the incident. The group beat and shot him and threw his body in a ditch.
